Related Group and Integra Investments wasted no time hosting their lavish groundbreaking ceremony for St. Regis Residences, Miami in Brickell after the dramatic demolition of 1809 Brickell Avenue just a few weeks ago.
A groundbreaking ceremony is always a reason to celebrate, but this one is especially special as the now-demolished tower has been a vacant deteriorating building for years now, so today we celebrate something new and luxurious to come.
“The groundbreaking for The St. Regis Residences, Miami marks a pivotal step in bringing an unparalleled luxury experience to one of South Florida’s most dynamic urban neighborhoods. With each milestone, we’re transforming the Downtown Miami skyline, introducing a level of sophistication and service that only the St. Regis brand can deliver,” said Nick Pérez, President of Related’s Condominium Division.
With architecture from the famed Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA), the project used the golden-age ocean liners as a muse and merged them with the modernity of today’s luxury properties.
The future residents of St. Regis Residences, Miami in Brickell will enjoy all of the amenities of a St. Regis Hotel, yet none of the foot traffic. This tower offers the privacy and exclusivity of being a residential-only development.
Among the amenities offered will be the famed St. Regis Tea Room as well as a fine dining restaurant heralded by Fabio Trabocchi. He is a Michelin-starred chef based in Washington DC who originated from a remote part of Italy on the Adriatic Coast.
Coastal Construction is overseeing the manpower that will bring this building to reality, and they expect it should be finished by 2027.
As of today, we know that the tower is over 60% sold with remaining purchase opportunities being offered between $3.7 million up to $45 million for a penthouse.
In addition to the tower residences, two of the residences are rare stand-alone villas, which pay respect to the neighborhood’s history of luxurious estate-style living. These villas also present a unique offering for a waterfront estate on Brickell Avenue that is practically extinct… until now.
All together, only 152 residences will be offered. They range from two to six bedrooms.
